1. Who you are buying from
SharpCut is the online store operated by 2XA VENTURES LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). Business and mailing address: 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, STE A, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States. Customer support: contact@sharpcut.co.
These terms apply to purchases made on sharpcut.co. Read them together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, and Privacy Policy.
2. Products and sizing
We sell men's wrinkle-resistant, slim-fit shirts. The product page describes the fabric, colors, available sizes, care instructions, and shirt measurements. Please use the size chart before ordering. Screen settings may affect how colors appear; this does not excuse a materially different or misdescribed product. We do not substitute a different size, color, or product without your agreement.
3. Orders
Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and review your order before paying. You must be legally able to make the purchase and authorized to use your payment method. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; it is not a shipping confirmation.
If an item becomes unavailable, a material pricing error occurs, or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and explain the issue. We will not charge a higher price or substitute products without your agreement. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, we refund the canceled amount and associated charges promptly.
4. Prices, currency, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The final checkout total identifies the merchandise price after discounts, delivery charges, and any applicable tax before you pay. Where tax is already included in the listed price, the checkout tax calculation reflects that inclusion.
The payment methods actually available for your order are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through our checkout and payment service providers over encrypted connections. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. A shirt purchase is a one-time purchase; it does not enroll you in a subscription or authorize recurring shirt charges.
5. Shirt bundle offers
- 1 shirt: $39.90.
- 3 shirts: $79.90 after a $39.80 discount from the $119.70 combined unit price.
- 5 shirts: $109.90 after a $89.60 discount from the $199.50 combined unit price.
You may mix eligible shirt colors and sizes. Discounts apply automatically to eligible SharpCut shirts in the cart; no code is required. The 3-shirt discount requires at least 3 eligible shirts, and the 5-shirt discount requires at least 5 eligible shirts. The best qualifying bundle discount applies once per order; bundle discounts do not stack. Additional shirts above the qualifying bundle quantity are charged at the $39.90 unit price, so multiple bundles in one order do not receive repeated bundle discounts.
Bundle prices are merchandise totals; the final total including delivery and any applicable taxes is disclosed at checkout. Any per-shirt price shown for a bundle is rounded; the stated bundle total is the price used. The crossed-out bundle comparison is the sum of the current individual shirt prices, not a claim that the bundle was previously sold at that price. The original order shows how the discount was allocated. Returns are refunded at the net amount paid for the returned item(s), without retroactively repricing the shirts you keep.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days. Shipping options, charges, tracking, delay notices, and non-delivery procedures are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. This does not remove our obligation to notify you if we cannot ship on time, obtain your consent to a delay, or refund an unshipped order when required.
7. Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds
Contact contact@sharpcut.co promptly to request a cancellation or address change. An unshipped order can be canceled without a cancellation fee. You may request a return or size/color exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. See the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy for item conditions, return shipping costs, the process, and refund timing.
Our change-of-mind return conditions do not limit your rights if merchandise is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or not as described. For an unresolved delivery or product problem, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
8. Customer support and disputes
Call +1 (206) 813-5026 or email contact@sharpcut.co with your order number. Our team replies to emails within 48 hours on business days, Monday–Friday. We aim to resolve concerns directly and fairly. Contacting us is encouraged; it is not a condition of exercising your rights with a card issuer, payment provider, consumer protection authority, or court. These terms do not impose a chargeback penalty or waive any non-waivable consumer rights.
9. Personal information
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, and retained, including the role of Shopify. Where applicable, you can manage certain sharing choices on the Your Privacy Choices page. Payment and order communications are necessary to process your purchase; marketing preferences can be managed separately.
10. Changes and applicable rights
The version of these terms and the prices/conditions disclosed when your order is accepted apply to that order. Future updates do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to a completed purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable federal or state consumer law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms of Service and all purchases made through sharpcut.co are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and applicable United States federal law. This choice of law does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply under the law of your state of residence.
